I had a toothache, every wear I called had a 2 week wait or did not take federal dental Insurance, I called the staff was very nice and welcoming, I called on a Monday and my appt was set for Wednesday, o go in and the staff and office has a awesome vibe, from the staff to the dr, and the hygentist’s , the wait was not long the office is very clean and everyone is very polite and inviting, I’ve found my new dentist and as an adult o hat going to the dentist I wanted the clown nose lol but Dr.Dockery assured me I would be fine without it and I just left my appointment and he was right, keep up the good work we need more dentist who truly care and with a great vibe in the office o give the entire practice a A+ * 100 if I could give them 20 stars I would ~ Chalinda A

hello, my name is Gene DiGiovacchino, I have been a patient of Dr. Ruden for quite some time, when I have an appointment, I feel like I am visiting my friends to have coffee and watch TV, the staff are great, anything they can do to make you feel confortable, and at ease, they do it, and do it well, any time Dr. Ruden does any work on my teeth, when he is done, he hands me the mirror, I tell him, hey Doc!, I don't have to look, i know you did a good job, I am in the process of having implants done, it is so easy to have the procedure done when you have a professional doing it, Dr. Ruden explains to me what he is doing and it makes the process more interesting, in closing, as long as Dr. Ruden has his practice, I will always be his patient, thank you, Gene DiGiovacchino ~ Gene D

I started at Premiere Dental when Dr Rudin was still practicing. In the midst of him leaving I was in the need of a bridge for the front of my mouth. It’s always nerve recking getting a new dentist especially with a procedure like this. I will say Dr. Dockery and his assistant Kristen are top notch! They both made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in what they were going to do. They are thorough on their explanations and attentive to needs of each individual patient. They have been great in responding and always acted professional. They work well together as a team and will always give you great work! I had a bridge done and it’s been nothing less than spectacular. I will also say I will miss having to go in because we could always have a good laugh! Thank you both :) ~ Tina M

Today was my first day. I ran a little late due to traffic. The office called to check on me as I was not sure what to expect being late. They welcomed me with open arms and was very helpful and understanding from the time I arrived until my exit. I felt like I walked into a family members business as they made me feel comfortable and stress free. They explained everything step by step and offered many payment options. The office was very clean and even smelled good. It did not smell like a dentist office or a bunch of chemicals. They listened to my concerns and gave me options on what I should do but the decision was on me and what fits my budget. Im really glad that I have chosen them as my new dentist. ~ L D

The office staff was very pleasant & efficient, they made it so easy to schedule & we were warmly greeted. I’m have a very strong gag reflex & get nervous about x-rays. The hygienist was amazing. So made it so easy to get through the process. The cleaning was a breeze & she did an excellent job. I saw Dr. Dockery & just loved him. He’s very pleasant & knowledgeable. Literally the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m 65, so that’s really saying something. The treatment plan he recommended is way better than I expected. I’m so looking forward to having my dental health restored. It took a long time to find a dentist who actually listened & cared. The checkout was quick & easy & I was provided with the cost of the dental work. It’s reasonable & affordable. From start to finish, the best dental experience! ~ Donna S

I got my 1st set of dentures 15 years ago & I can still wear them. 2018 I got a new set. I told Dr Rudin they were not the same quality but he insisted they were...since then they have broke 3 times and the teeth are grinding down fast. Thank god I have a back up...it would be one thing if it were just mine but my husband has had problems with his as well with numerous repairs and many long afternoons. 15 days after the 1 yr warranty the snapped in half. He was charged 120 for the repair. Today I am filing a formal complaint with the board of dentistry for the stress shoddy work and the anticipation that they will indeed break again for they are extremely poor quality as opposed to the 15yr old pair that I am grateful to still have. ~ Diane G

I was looking for a new Dentist's office in Woodbury, and I'm so lucky to have found Evergreen Dental. I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and the moment I walked in, I was put at ease by every single member of the staff. I have not met a more friendly, professional team in any Doctor's office in my life. My cleaning with Wendy was very thorough, and she made me comfortable through the whole process. My X-rays were quick, and the technician was great at what she did. The Doctor was very friendly and most importantly, HONEST. He didn't try to sell me any work I didn't need. There is a wonderful overall "family feel" in the office, and it's very clean. We look forward to returning for any dental work we need in the future. ~ Laurie

I walked in on a Friday afternoon at 1:30PM with no appointment due to an extremely painful abscess that began to bother me over the previous 24 hours. By the time I arrived I was in excruciating pain, and the staff made sure I was seen within 15 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Dockery is absolutely amazing both as a person and at his profession. He immediately made me feel like I was in the right hands for the care I needed. I would recommend Premiere Dental to anyone looking for a great experience with a wonderful staff. I can not recall ever being in any type of medical office where every single employee was so gracious, caring, and understanding. ~ Michael B

If you want a caring office staff and great doctor who cares more about you than your insurance company well this is the place to go. I'm a new patient here and this office amazed me. When I called at 10PM on a Sunday night with a problem and the doctor answered the phone himself it blew me away! What other dentist would do that? NONE! He intalled two implants in my mouth and made a set of dentures in one day WITHOUT any pain. I was impressed. When you find a doctor like this keep going to him and I plan on doing just that, and so should you. You will not be disappointed. I went to Evergreen in July 2020. I was nervous because I waited years to get my teeth done so I had to have 9 teeth pulled! The staff was professional, friendly & helpful. Dr Ruden is very experienced & he did a WONDERFUL job on me!! I felt no pain during my procedure & he made sure I was doing well. He is very pleasant & has great 'bedside manners'. It took him record time(about 20 mins) to pull all my teeth!! I truly LOVE my new teeth - they were made the same day!! What a remarkable difference I see when I smile & I can now freely & confidently show those 'pearly whites'! I was chewing popcorn and I broke a tooth on the right and while chewing moved the food to the left side and broke a tooth on that side. I was really upset about the left side as a piece of my tooth came out. Dr. Jacob Dockery can fix anything. He took care of my right side the day I came in and the following week we are now working on the crown. I never liked going to the dentist, but Dr. Dockery and the staff, are uplifting and fun to be around. For something so hard for me, Dr. Dockery fixed it like it was nothing. I would like to say that Dr. Ruden and his staff helped me regain a confident smile. I am very pleased with the results of my dental implant procedure. Dr. Ruden thoroughly explained all of my options and relieved any of my anxieties throughout the entire process. Premiere Dental of West Deptford is the absolute best! From start to finish, I have never felt so relaxed for a dental visit. Briana is always so nice and helpful, as soon as I arrive! The whole staff is super friendly as well. It’s a great feeling that everything is nice and clean too. Just want to make it known that Dr. Dockery is amazing!! Can’t stress it enough!! He answers all of my questions and takes his time. I never feel rushed at all and everything is pain free! His assistant Kristen is great too, always very nice and helpful! They are a perfect team! I have been under ongoing care for a couple of months now after relocating from North Jersey. The dental staff and assistants including the front desk are welcoming, understanding, and accommodating. I do really feel that they care about my dental health, and make every office visit a pleasing experience. Dr. Ruden proves to be a phenomenal dentist as well. I have had issues with my teeth my entire life. I have incredible anxiety about dentists. Of every dentist I've been to, Dr Dockery (I think I'm spelling it right?) Is by far the absolute BEST! He was so kind, and patient! I had an extraction done and the roots were curved which made it take a lot longer than I had hoped, but he was funny and making light of the situation which completely calmed my anxiety! I raved about him to my husband and he will now be making his appts here as well. All of the staff were so nice and just a great overall experience. Best experience ever. I came here anxious and nervous, tired and alone and was immediately put at ease,reassured,and treated with such care. I live in Pennsylvania and traveled here expecting to see different staff then what is shown on the website but no,there everybody was waiting for my arrival. After the procedure the exceptional care continued as I laid back in comfort watching tv. I was all day getting work done and not once was anyone anything but professional and cheerful. I have been a patient of Dr. Ruden for over 10 years. I cannot say enough good things about his practice! Even though I have moved and now live 30 miles away from his office I have not looked for another dentist. The professional team he has assembled works together like a family and each of them expresses genuine concern for each patient. Yesterday I broke a tooth off at the gumline and was able to get a root canal and temporary cap the same day! UPDATE: Went into today for the perm crown was in and out with a perfect fit :-) So happy to have found a dentist that is so caring and takes time to explain everything... Next up calling to schedule a cleaning :-) New patient. Everyone was super nice. Will be back in two weeks to fix my broken tooth. 😊 2nd appointment yesterday 8/9 and went so great. temp crown and no root canal (Woo Hoo).. Appointment was one time and Dr. Ruden was awesome. back in a month for the perm crown. I absolutely love everyone here! I had fear of dentists due to past experiences but he was recommended and took the chance. One of the best decisions ever!! I have a smile back (continued process) that I am extremely happy with. He is by far the best dentist around!! His entire staff is warm and friendly. They are a family there and you can tell they care about their patients. Prices have been extremely fair and he has gone out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. He is honest and caring. Needed a new upper plate because mine had cracked twice and repaired. It cracked a third time so I emailed the office on a Sunday. Dr Ruden called me a short time later. I explained that my insurance would not cover it as they only allow new dentures every 5 years. He setup an appointment and told me it would be $549. I went for the fitting and the next day it was ready. It fits great and is way better than my original. The office is great at what they do. I highly recommend Evergreen Dental and Dr Ruden. ~ Bill H

This office has been my dental office for years, however I moved across the country and they’ve since sold the practice. I am visiting NJ and today was my first time at Premiere for a quick bonding fix. Dr Jacob Dockery is THE BEST HUMAN to ever speak with. He’s so kind, so warm, makes you feel right at home and is so communicative. I will make sure that I come back for any dental needs I have. Absolutely Wonderful!!! I had a horrible experience at another dental office years ago, which deterred me from going to any dentist. Finally, I decided that I HAD to go. I found Evergreen, hoping for the best, and boy am I glad I did!! I had an anxiety attack after sitting in the chair and they were GREAT with me. They knew exactly how to handle it. I will never go anywhere else. I've gone 3 times so far and every time was a great experience. They are ALL so nice and genuine. They are very calming and make you feel comfortable. ~ Heather B

I have known Dr. Ruden, Wendy, Stephanie, Nicole and recently Gina for a long time. Dr. Ruden and his staff are personable and thorough. Dr. Ruden cares and he is fair. He has worked with me and my husband in past and now that we are in Covid-19 , he has done all that is possible to protect his staff and patients.
