I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel at Premiere Dental Office. I needed a tooth extracted, and naturally I was a little nervous going in. However, Dr. Patel made the entire process incredibly smooth and comfortable. The extraction was done quickly and, to my surprise, completely painless. Dr. Patel was very professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled. He explained everything beforehand and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff at the office were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. If you are looking for a dentist who is efficient, caring, and truly excellent at what he does, I highly recommend Dr. Patel at Premiere Dental Office. The office staff was very pleasant & efficient, they made it so easy to schedule & we were warmly greeted. I’m have a very strong gag reflex & get nervous about x-rays. The hygienist was amazing. So made it so easy to get through the process. The cleaning was a breeze & she did an excellent job. I saw Dr. Dockery & just loved him. He’s very pleasant & knowledgeable. Literally the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m 65, so that’s really saying something. The treatment plan he recommended is way better than I expected. I’m so looking forward to having my dental health restored. It took a long time to find a dentist who actually listened & cared. The checkout was quick & easy & I was provided with the cost of the dental work. It’s reasonable & affordable. From start to finish, the best dental experience! ~ Donna S
Hello All! I had to ensure to rewrite my post regarding this practice! First, Jen, the receptionist/admin who checks you in is simple incredible! Her representation, phone etiquette, and customer service is impeccable. She is always so pleasant, cool and understanding when I call the office, thanks for all that you do, Jen! Okay now for, Dr. Patel, she is incredible. The work she does and her care towards the issue concerning my teeth and her service exactly what I wanted for my teeth and smile is outstanding. She listened, did the work without pain and provided me with a new smile. I am beyond grateful and extra happy to be able to show all of my teeth again. THANK YOU all so much DR.
